The colleagues that I super hate in Dell(Part 2)

The second colleague that I hate is called BK, a shorty guy. His nickname is mouse as he has a pair of super ugly mustache. The reason I hated him is that his annoying laugh sound. Whenever he laugh, I felt like thousand of needle insert into my brain and my head almost exploded. He like to make some cold joke and laugh himself. Somemore he will attack people with his annoying joke. I remember last time I had ate too full and wanted to go shit, then he say no wonder just now so smelly as I farting. In my heart I was thinking this joke is not funny at all. He also like to bootlick my manager by trying to imitate EL. He will send email to user and asked user to rate for his service but the CSAT haven't started at all. The most ridiculous things is that only he get the compliment from user. I really think that those email sent from user is about the issue of reset password. Reset password also need to ask user to rate his service?This is very obvious  he want to show off that he is good in front of my manager. But for me he is a bad and stupid agent as I had received some calls from user about the case that he simply handle. Why I need to help he clean up his mess while he take all the compliments from users. Next time, I will pass all his case back to him. Then got one time, he helped EL to login desk phone as EL is late. Then I sent email to my manager to report this issue but in the end, no action being taken. My manager had told about this during meeting and email also being sent out which stated that disciplinary action will be taken. I really felt that my manager is slapping his own mouth. Just because both of them know to lick shoes then can avoid from punishment?This is really unfair for other agents which come to work on time. Last things is he like to use aux personal before 10 minutes of off work so that he not need to answer call and can logout on time. In the end, I will answer the call on last minute due to his irresponsibility. He better watch out as I will fight with him till the end.

The colleagues that I super hate in Dell(Part 1)

I had joined Dell since end of March 2015 and currently is in Jabil team. There is some annoying colleagues that I super hate. The first one is called SY. She is the first person that I closed to as I sit beside her during the training. At first, I thought that she is a Malay as she is wearing tudung and I am so surprised that she can speak Chinese so well. She told me that she is Chinese but had converted to Malay. Since I am a quiet person so normally she will start the conversation first and sooner I become quite close with her. Then during the training time, she will ask me to fetch her back as she does not has a car. So I had helped her as felt that she is quite pity and the distance is not too far.

After few months, I had discovered her real attitude on the work. The first one, she like to scold user rudely on the phone. I felt very funny at the beginning until I listened back her recordings. I found that some of the recordings is she did not hear clearly what the user say then she direct scold user for no reason. If I am the user I will scold back her. Not only that, she always like to hang up the call by pretending user is not there especially when almost lunch time and off work. She even told me that if there are users facing Mcafee issue, she will hang up the call. WTF, you had worked for 8 months but don't even know how to solve such simple issue. The trainer had provide training to us many times and even you don't know, you still don't want to ask for other colleague help. The most I cannot stand is she like to jump aux. Whenever is her turn to answer call, she will aux a while then auto in back like nothing happen and thought that no one see it. I had told her face to face don't do that but she still like to do so. 

The second one is she thought me is her driver. Before she got her own car, she will ask me and my friend go to pasar malam and I am willing to be the driver as she will open GPS and guide me how to go. If she want to drive car for few times I am fine with it, but every time she just expect me to be the driver and fetch her go anyway. Most of the time, she doesn't  pay any petrol and toll money.  The things that I hate her is that she almost causing me having accident for twice. First time is when she want to pay for her car deposit and asked me fetch her to Klang. She got pay me petrol and toll money and treated me a meal. Because that day I working OT for midnight and I did not has enough sleep cause of driving her to Klang on noon, then when I drive at night I keep fall asleep for more than 10 times and finally I was shocked when other car horn me on the highway. The horn sound really make me fully awake and at last I had safety reach the office. The second time is after she got her own car, she say her husband drive her car and asked to me fetch her to the office. I really don't want to fetch her but no choice. Then I thought she will go back by her own after working but she asked to fetch her back in the morning. The reason is her husband no back for whole night and she do not has any transport. I finished my work on 9am and after taking her back I reached office traffic light at 9.20am. Normally I need about 40-45 minutes to reach home. When I drive half way, I fall asleep again and this time my car had go up to the divider cause I am driving on fast lane. When I opened my eyes, I quickly turn the steering to left and managed to get back on the road without bumping into anything or drive to the opposite lane. That time my heart is jumping so fast and had a cold sweat over my body. I really feel thankful to God for saving my life. Finally I able to reach home safety. I had never told her about this but I had started to stay away from her and talk less to her.

The third one is her bad personality. She like to scold each and every people that she don't like even me. I remember got one day she talked about racism issue and she asked me about her race. Then I say she is Malay then she direct shoot me non stop and told that she is still Chinese. I thought that she had converted then she is Malay already. I already apologized to her but I she still very angry as this is common sense. I want to say that I really don't know about it and don't give a shit of what you think about me. Again she asked me to be driver and go IKEA buying some stuff, then my friend already lifted a heavy object and she asked me to help he. Then i reply her back in kidding tone and say why don't you lift. Then in a second she direct scold me for not being gentleman. In my heart I was thinking your body size is bigger than me and quite strong, why can't you lift. Since that time ever, I already felt tired of talking to you. No matter what I say, she will just find some chance to scold me.  The most important things is whenever I say anything, she will insist on yourself and everything that she say is correct. Got one night she are having some argument with her husband and I don't even know what was happened. More even worst is she cried in front of me. I just said go and discuss with your husband but she say no use one. I direct face my computer and remain silent. Say truly, I wont even pity to her no matter what her say as the problem is on her but not other people. She always like to blame others but why don't she go to review on her mistakes. 

Since she had seriously causing trouble to me during my work, then I wont tolerate with her as many chances had been given. I will think of any ways to get rid of her out of the office. I even wonder how she can get the certificate for best AHT of 4.52 min. I think she get it by simply provide wrong solution to users or pretend cant hear user sound and hang up the call plus don't even do any simple troubleshooting. She does not deserve at all. Lastly, YOU ARE MY ENEMY and I really super HATE U!

I depart frm my hum at 12.30pm...
Reached KL after 2 hour...
Since the concert is at 8pm...
So I decided 2 went Sungei Wang...
I reached thr at 3.20pm...
N found tat Sigma is hving qian chang hui thr...
So I ma c them a while lo...
Sigma has 3 members, is like male version of S.H.E...
1 look like Yoga, bt he is more handsum(at rite side)...
Another 1 veli cute(at left side)...
The most handsum is at the center...

I went 2 watch Sigma las Sat b4 go 2 Jolin concert!Thy r so hansum!The red remark is me gua!Nt sure!haha~XD

Whn I reached thr, thy alredi strt game session...
Each of them chose 1 fan 2 cum up stage...

After 5pm, I sat LRT 2 Stadium Merdeka, Jolin concert location...
It is at the MaharajaLela station...
So I easily arrived at my destination...
Whn I reached thr, thr r quite a num of Jolin fans waiting thr alredi...
I bought Taiwan fried chicken steak 2 eat...
Thn went 2 RM238 zone waiting at 6pm...
Bcoz tis is a free seating zone, so I had 2 queue 2 gt a nice position...
Around 6.30pm++, I went inside the stadium alredi...
Thn found a gud place 2 c Jolin...
Nt matter sit whr, stil unable 2 c Jolin clearly...
Tat y I want RM488 ticket instead of RM238...
Bt my stingy dad dun allowed...
I cn use my money ei...
Duno y he stil dun let me buy RM488 ticket...
I oso found tat tis location is the same as S.H.E concert at Dec 2007...
Bt tat time I bought RM98 ticket...

Around 8.15pm, the concert finally strted...
Bt the stupid DJ Daniel plyed music 4 half an hour...
I felt so angry during tat 30 min...
I bought ticket nt 2 c u ply music...

At 8.45pm, the main character Jolin appeared on the stage...
I cn onli c her body figure, bt cnt c her face...
At least better thn las time S.H.E 1, cnt c their body figure at all...
Omost is like c 3 ants on the stage, haha...
I watched Jolin frm the big screen on the stage...
The 1st song is "Butterfly", oso is my caller ringtone, haha...
After tat, she went down stage...
Nt more thn 30 sec, she appeared v another outfit...
The speed is so fas...
I tink av1 is amazed v tis as well...
Whn she sing "Honey Trap", av1 should b stunned by her vogueing...
She do actuali like the MV...
Av1 kip screaming, shouting n yelling including me...
I tink gt ppl stared at me, myb I woo 2 loud, haha...

Although veli tired + sore throat, bt it is worth...

Sem break(15/12/10-16/01/11)

After finish my final exam on 15 Dec 2010,I having 1 month of holidays...
In this 1 month, the most happy day is on 25 Dec 2010...
On 25 Dec 2010,I finally can see my idol,Hebe...
This would be the best Christmas I ever had...
Before that,I would like to talk about how I change for Hebe ticket...

On 22 dec 2010,I wake up at 6 a.m.
Then sit 6.30 a.m. bus to KL...
At 8.10 a.m I already reach KL...
Then I quickly search the China Press office since the ticket changing event start at 10 a.m.
I had no idea where is the location of  China Press office...
I walked around but sooner,I found out that I had lost...
So,I based on what I see on Google Maps and finally I reached the office at about 9.10 a.m.
At that time,there are 20-30 people line up there...
Suddenly,there was an accident happen...
A car had langgar a motorbike...
The car driver came out from his car and ask whether the motorbiker gt hurt or not...
I think the motorbiker just had little injured gua...
I continued wait till 10 a.m.
Finally,the event start le...
I waited for about 10 mins and successfully got 2 tickets only...
The rules to change for Hebe ticket is to use 4 China Press newspaper headlines to get 2 Hebe tickets...
Or use 1 Hebe album "To Hebe" to get 2 tickets...
1 people maximum can get 4 tickets only...
But the days before,I got call the China Press office to ask whether can use 8 China Press newspaper headlines to get 4 Hebe tickets,tat girl said can...
When I used 8 China Press newspaper headlines to change for 4 Hebe tickets...
The people say canot,they said the tickets are very precious...
They said can use 4 China Press newspaper headlines + 1 Hebe album to get 4 tickets...
I felt veli worry since I had agreed to help my friends get extra tickets and now I only got 2 tickets...
So I go to Mid Valley and buy "To Hebe"...
After that,I came back to the office...
I used the remaining 4 China Press newspaper headlines + 1 Hebe album and successfully get extra 4 tickets...
Means,I had total of 6 tickets le...
After that,I happily went back to my home le...

Finally,the days I waited had came le...
Which is 25 Dec 2010,the days to see Hebe...
On that day,I with my 4 friends went to see Hebe together...
At around 4 p.m, we reached our destination,PGRM le...
After having some foods,we went up to the 4 level of PGRM...
At that moment,there are quite a numbers of S.H.E and Hebe fans waiting at there le...
Then,I buy 2 "To Hebe" album which cost RM70,1 is help my fren buy de...
Since the event start on 8.30 p.m,we had to wait lo...
At around 7.30 p.m,we can go inside the hall le...
The hall is playing "To Hebe" Love! DVD concert...
Since I only managed to get normal tickets,all of us stood at quite far away from the stage...
For those who had VIP tickets,they can stood more nearer to the stage...
At 8.40 p.m.,the main character Hebe finally came out le...
At that moment,all of us kept shouting...
She sangs the 1st song named "Love!" which is so nice...
After that,S.H.E fans club showed a video made by themselfes...
This video is about all S.H.E fans wishes toward Selina princess,which accidentally got burned...
After watching this video,Hebe said she very touched but she dint cry...
Then,she sang the 2nd song named "你太猖狂"...
After that,there are some S.H.E fans present Christmas song to Hebe...
Next,there are 5 Hebe fans speak in front of Hebe...
I hoped I can had the chance to do so although it is quite scary...
Finally,the host gave 2 small piala to Hebe since 2 of her songs are having very good result in MY Astro Chart and she sang the last song "寂寞寂寞就好"...
Then,the autograph session begun...
After we all waited for more than 1 hour,finally is my turn to let Hebe signed on my album...
When Hebe signed her name on my album,I say "Merry Christmas" to her...
And she din reply me,I felt so sad...
But at least she gt smile with me and shaked my hand...
This is already worth for me le...
At 11 p.m.,after we all got our signature,we happily went back to our home...

Sem break(28/09/10-18/10/10)

Holiday owaz pas so fas... I already had start my new sem...

During sem break,I cut my hair 1st since my parents keep forcing me...

Normally I had RM4 hair cut, bt tis time I had RM12 hair cut...
My parents tot RM4 nt gud at cut...
Actually is me tell the barber cut a liter bit onli...
Dono whr cun de courage, tis time cut til so short...

Anyway, I stil satisfied v my new hair...

On the 1 Oct, I went 2 Tasik Kenyir v my parents n a group of wai tan gung ppl...

Tis is the 1st time I went 2 thr...

Tat day we sit 9.25pm bus...

We reach Terengganu at 6.00 a.m...

Sit le omost 8 hour half...

We went 2 the pasar thr til 12 p.m, finally reach our destination...
We nid 2 sit ferry 2 the resort...
Although tis is nt the 1st time I sit ferry, bt I stil veli excited...
After we reach the resort, it is noon already...
I felt stomach ache n go settle it...
Then, i eat 3 bowl of Maggi mee, 1 cup of milo n 1 cup of cappacino, 1 peanut bun...
After tat the whole day stil stomach ache...
At 3 p.m, we went 2 the waterfall...
Tis is the 1st time I c waterfall...
The water is so cold n it was so cool 2 put ur foot inside the water...
I oso 1st time c such a huge centipede n ant...
At nite, we eat nasi lemak...
Bt I dun hv appetite since I stomach ache n eat liter onli...
I slept at sofa since thr is no extra room 4 me...

We leave at 11 a.m n reach our hum on 11 p.m...
On the way bck, we went 2 kuantan since gt ppl wan buy salted fish...
Once I step in2 tat shop, I cant stand the salted fish smell...
The smell is horrible n terrible...

On 6 Oct, I had my jpj test again since I failed the bukit prt on 3 June...
On the previous day, I went 2 learn car 4 my last time...
It gv me 2 hour 2 learn myself since I already pay RM120 4 my retest...
I train each prt 4 omost 10 times...
The bukit prt I try 10 times at least gt 8 times success...
The funny prt is when I went up the bukit...
I press break n pull the handbreak up...
Bt when I wan 2 release the handbreak, it cant moved...
The coach say me pull 2 high already...
Tell me do again...
Bt the 2nd time I oso did like tat...
Mayb I veli scared 2 slip down...

The day I scared finally cum...
Since I had retest, then had 2 wait 4 those whose r 1st time hving test 2 finish their test...
During the test, I found tat many ppl fail...
Tis freak me up...
Finally it was my turn...
I sat in the car n told myself nt 2 nervous...

I went up n stop like usual...

Even if I gt went thr when I was small, I dun remember le...
